Rome Declaration on Harmonization (Rome, Italy, 24-25 February 2003) Attention is drawn to need for harmonization of donor assistance: - At first reforms in partner countries, and secondly the development of country action plans agreed with the donor community in the area of ​​harmonization at the international and regional level so that donors can rely more on their system as they will apply international principles or standards and adopt good practices.
