Workshop ‘Sustaining Civic Impact in Constrained Environments’
05. November, 2026
On 9 November, from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm, LAPAS is inviting to a workshop in English ‘Sustaining Civic Impact in Constrained Environments’, which will take place at Power up Space, 21 Merķeļa Street, Riga.
The workshop will provide an opportunity to learn about real-world experiences and practical solutions for working in countries where civic space is restricted and cooperation with local partners may involve various security risks.
Particular attention will be paid to the rule of law and human rights, communication and information security, as well as physical security. These are topics whose understanding can be a valuable resource for any organisation implementing international projects or collaborating with local civil society partners.
To take part, please register by 6 November by completing the registration form.
