
The Latvian Platform for Development Cooperation (LAPAS) implemented a project “Glocalization – a key to sustainable development from local to global level. EYD2015 and EU Presidency Project for the Latvian EU Presidency 2015″.
Project’s objective: Glocalization – empowerment of people at individual, community, country, European and global level for that leads to the sustainable global development and reduction of poverty.
Target groups: LAPAS members and other civil society actors, decision makers in Latvia and Europe, grassroots citizens from Latvia, Europe and developing countries, media and citizens.

Project “Glocalization – a key to sustainable development from local to global level. EYD2015 and EU Presidency Project for the Latvian EU Presidency 2015″ execution is funded by European Union (90%), Society Integration Foundation (5,42%) and Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Latvia (4,58%). It is implemented by Latvian Platform for Development Cooperation (LAPAS) in collaboration with three member organizations – “homo ecos”, Latvian Farmer’s Federation (LZF) and Latvian Rural forum.
